SHIPPING SERVICE:
All in-stock hand tools ship from our shop within two (2) business days of being ordered. This means if you select a faster shipping service, such as Overnight shipping, it can still take up to 2 business days for us to ship your order from our shop! If you need tools shipped immediately, please contact us before making your order to ensure we have the items you want in stock and ready to ship!
If your order does not ship within two business days, it is most likely not in stock, and we are making it to fill your order. If you are concerned with your order status, or if you would just like an update, please contact us below.

RETURNS:
If any tool arrives and is not satisfactory or does not perform as expected, please contact us immediately. We offer premium customer service to all of our customers and are happy to help resolve any problems with our orders.
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know and we will ship you the correct item as fast as possible.
